The TwinSpin® J series is a new generation of lightweight high-precision reduction gears developed for modern robotics and advanced motion control systems where every gram, every decibel, and every percent of efficiency matters.
Building on the proven TwinSpin® platform, the J series retains the same mounting and interface dimensions as the G series, enabling seamless integration into existing designs. At the same time, it introduces a newly engineered Cross Roller Bearing (CRB) output stage that delivers outstanding load-carrying capability, high rigidity, and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.
The optimized design significantly reduces weight while maintaining the precision and robustness expected from TwinSpin® technology. Lower friction within the transmission results in smoother motion, improved efficiency, and reduced noise levels, making the J series an excellent choice for next-generation robotic joints, automation equipment, and precision positioning systems.
Designed for applications where low inertia and compactness are critical, the J series offers an attractive balance between performance and weight. While providing lower torque ratings than the G series, it compensates with excellent dynamic characteristics, a powerful output bearing arrangement, and simplified machine integration thanks to fully compatible installation dimensions.
